Gail is an excellent trainer and experienced college lecturer. She joined us in early 2019 to manage and teach on our Education and Training courses and became a director in 2023. She is also very good at stepping in to sort out paperwork for Gwilym if he spends to much time up a mountain or underwater.

Gail and Gwilym have known each other from school and worked together at the same college for over 15 years.

During the pandemic, Gail took all our Active IQ course online and ran a number of Level 3 and Level 4 Education and Training courses as well as some Level 3 Assessing Qualifications. She has built up our online provision and acts as our liaison with Active IQ as well as having responsibility for Safeguarding.

Gail is a qualified Indoor Climbing Assistant, Hill and Moorland Leader, Mountain Bike Instructor, Paddlesport Instructor and NNAS Tutor so she will also be out and about working with groups on the hills when she is not running the office or marking work.

Due to Gails extensive experience and qualifications we can now offer NVQs at level 3,4 and 5 in Management and Leadership.
