We are a experts in providing advice, adventures and outdoor instructor courses for organisations and individuals. We can offer a range of Mountain Training courses and we also run the full range of RLSS Lifeguard and First Aid courses.

We pride ourselves in providing experienced and qualified staff for the activities you want along with the equipment required for a great day out. We are fully insured for all our activities and specialise in providing bespoke instruction and coaching to individuals and groups.

We are based in Somerset but we operate extensively throughout the South West including Dorset, Devon and Cornwall. We also offer courses in North Wales and Scotland. We have staff in Aviemore over the winter months giving us easy access to The Cairngorms for our Scottish Winter courses.

We are available to businesses, families, couples or individuals for any of our courses. We are also keen to offer tailor made programmes for individuals or pairs who wish to receive more personalised tuition.
