We don’t have any clients until next week but Gwilym is already up in The Scottish Highlands enjoying the conditions and preparing for all of our Winter Skills courses.
A few pictures of what he has been up to when out and about

Today Gwilym was on The River Dart with client Jamie for a white water kayak coaching day. It would have been 1:1 but as Olly turned up to help out it was a 2:1 day for Jamie. They ran the Loop and Lower section of the river playing the features on the way down

After getting a battering from the weather on the last day of the course, all 6 are now gaining further experience before coming back for assessment at a later date.
Again this week, Gwilym and Stu were working on a Mountain Leader Assessment course in Snowdonia with 4 candidates. A mix of weather during the week but all very happy with the end result. Well done all

This week, Gwilym and Stu have been up in Snowdonia running a Mountain Leader Assessment.
A warm and dry start to the week turned wetter and colder by the end but gave some challenging navigation on the middle day of the expedition
A good effort from the candidates over the 5 days
This weekend, Gwilym has been on The Quantock Hills and at Steart Marshes delivering a Lowland Leader Training course.
Keen candidates, lovely weather and all just a few miles form the office. Over the weekend they saw some Deer, Lapwings and many more of our British Wildlife
A repeat of last weeks activities with a few less clients

Gwilym, Robin and Ben were out at Haytor today working with a group from Hamp Estate in Bridgwater. Unfortunately rain stopped play by midday and they ran to the shelter of Dart Rock where it was warmer and drier. All 5 young people managed to climb and belay and learnt to put on their own harnesses and tie themselves in. At the end of the session they even had a little trip through the Dart Rock cave system.
